The grapes are basket pressed following both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in the barrel, embodying meticulous craftsmanship. This wine is matured for 18 months in third-fill French oak barrels, with racking and blending occurring after 12 months, then returned to oak for an additional six months to develop its rich and nuanced profile.
