At Cape to Porto, your satisfaction is our priority with each and every purchase. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please explore our refund policy detailed below:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: In the occurrence of receiving wine that is defective, corked, or damaged during delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement. Kindly notify us within 14 days from the date of receipt, accompanied by photographic documentation of the issue.

  2. Order Errors: Should you receive erroneous items due to a mistake on our part, we will facilitate an exchange for the correct products or issue a refund upon the return and verification of the incorrect items.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Please be advised that wine bottles opened by the customer cannot be returned for a refund unless they are found to be faulty or damaged.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: To commence a return, reach out to our customer service team at capetoporto@gmail.com, providing your order number, a description of the problem, and relevant documentation. Our team will assist you throughout the return procedure.

  2. Return Shipping: Returns necessitated by defects or errors on our part will have their shipping costs covered by us. In all other cases, the return shipping expenses will be borne by the customer.

  3. Refund Processing: Following the receipt and inspection of the returned items, your refund will be processed accordingly. Refunds are disbursed via the original payment method used, and they may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

Exceptions:

  1. International Orders: Customs duties or fees associated with international orders are non-refundable.

  2. Seasonal or Promotional Items: Items purchased during seasonal promotions may have unique return conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
